Hello,

The phonebook is accessible via the Scrolling Menu. When you open the phone, the Scrolling Menu will display. Use the Up or Down arrow to scroll through your features to locate the Phonebook. When the Phonebook option is highlighted, press the 'Yes' button to see and edit your entries.

Hello Joe,

GreatCall does not have international calling plans at present. The Jitterbug is capable of international dialing, but calls are subject to international toll charges and could cost up to $1.00 per minute+Airtime.

With the Jitterbug Plus, you can also upload pictures to shutterfly, facebook or Picasa directly from the phone.

Headset Profile for Jitterbug Plus vs Hands Free

I have a 2012 Prius - Your answers re: Bluetooth are that the Jitterbug Plus is a headset profile. Does that mean it will NOT connect with the handsfree option of the Prius. The answers you have provided haven't been really clear to me! A simple yes or no on being compatible with the Hands Free option on the Prius would be really helpful.

The Jitterbug Plus is only available for use with GreatCall Service, a US domestic service provider. GreatCall does not provide non-US service, and cannot gaurantee compatibility or availability with foreign networks. Be aware that using a Jitterbug Plus outside of the continental United States and Hawaii may result in additional usage costs and roaming fees.
